What do I have to do to sign up for Advantages Pay Plus Card? - Go to https://Advantages.Rhodes101.com

What if I do not get an email when I apply for the Advantages Pay Plus account? - Once the account is reviewed and approved, you should receive an email with the subject "Advantages Pay Plus Application Approved". It could be possible for this email to get picked up and blocked by certain spam filters. If you did not receive this email, you may want to check your email spam box along with making a setting so that email from the domain rhodes101.com will be delivered.

Do I have to use a smart phone with the Advantages Pay Plus Program? - No, you do not need a smart phone. The Advantages Pay Plus program is based on a payment card that is swiped at the pump like other types of cards. The Rhodes 101 To Go! smart phone application is another tool for payment instead of carrying a physical card.

What about security, how secure is the app? - The Rhodes team has worked closely with NCR Corporation on the mobile payment transactions; we have invested in security aroun the Rhodes 101 To Go! app and Advantages Pay Plus program so your personal information is safe. Multiple firewalls, data encryption and unique PIN requirements are just a few of the safeguards in place.

How long does it take to enroll? - The intial application form takes less than 5 minutes to complete.

How long until I get my Advantages Pay Plus Card mailed to me? - It typically takes about 4 to 14 days.

Do I have to have a checking account to get an Advantages Pay Plus Card? - Yes, you must have a checking account to enroll.

Can I fill out a paper application to sign up for my Advantages Paly Plus Card? - No, you must fill out the online application at https://advantages.rhodes101.com

Does my account have overdraft protection like my bank debit card does? - No, the customer represents and warrants that he/she is the owner of and will maintain the Designated Bank Account and have sufficient funds in the Designated Bank Account for any and all purchases a the time of such purchase and at the time the ACH transfer request is made.

Do you run a check against my credit for approval for this account? - No, we will run an internal credit check for approval of all accounts.

How log after I pay does it take the transaction to hit my bank account? - Transactions will be posted the business day following your purchas but may take up to 3 business days to post to the designated bank account.

Does it hold money like a debit transaction? - No, it will draft the entire transaction the following day but may take up to 3 business days to clear your bank account.

Can I use my Advantages Pay Plus Card inside and at the drive thru? - Yes, you can use it at the pump, inside at the register or at the drive thru.

If I pay with my Advantages Pay Plus inside, do I still get my rollback? - Yes, you can pay with the card inside and get your rollback fuel price.

Can I get multiple cards made for one bank account? - Yes, but you have to enroll for each card that is issued. You can enroll for multiple cards using the same bank account information, but would need a different email address for each account.

How do I know what the rollback "Advantages Price" is? - When you swipe your Advantages Plus card the price will rollback at the pump. Also, you can ask any Rhodes 101 Stop employee inside the store.

Is there a signup or annual fee for this card? - No, there is no signup or annual fee for this card.

Will all fuel grades have an "Advantages Price"? - Yes, all fuel grades will have the most competitive "Advantages Price" in their market.

Can I put an odometer reading or driver # tracking on this card? - Yes, you will have to call the office to add this feature after signing up.

What do I have to do to signup for Rhodes 101 To Go! Mobile App? - To download our FREE app ... Android users simply search "Rhodes 101" in the Google Play Store. Apple users simply search "Rhodes 101" in the Apple App Store.

Do I need to have internet access on my phone? - Yes, to use the mobile application with your phone you must have a data plan. The internet service is used to provide the connectivity to the store.

How long does it take for the Mobile App to turn on the pump? - The Mobile App will activate the pump in about the same time frame as a card swipe.

Can I put my Advantages Pay Plus Card information i multiple mobile phones? - Yes, you can put it into multiple phones. It would require the same PIN for each phone it is loaded on. The account holder willl be responsible for all charges.

Does the app work with any credit card? - No. The Advantages Pay Plus feature of the app will only work with an Advantages Pay Plus card or a Rhodes 101 branded charge card.

Do I need to have internet access on my phone? - Yes, you must have an internet data plan on your phone. The internet service is used to provide connectivity to the store and complete your transaction.

What if I input the wrong PIN and get "See Cashier" message on fuel dispenser screen? - If the wrong pin is entered this message will display for "15" seconds.  Then the dispenser will reset and allow you to try the transaction again.

The authorization process did not ask me to enter a PIN. - Your Rhodes charge account does not have a PIN setup. Please contact the Rhodes Credit Department at 573-334-7733 to establish a PIN on your account.

What if I don't get a receipt on my phone? - Once you authorize and start fueling, the transaction will be completed and charged.  So if you don't get a receipt for some reason and would like one, you can go in the store and the customer service representative can reprint a receipt for you.

What if I get a call during the fueling process? - Some phones do not have the ability to do more than one process at a time. So if you answer the call, the app may close or loose the connection. Once you authorize and start fueling, the transaction will be completed and charged.  So if you don't get a receipt and would like one, you can go in the store and the customer service representative can reprint a receipt for you.

What if I close the program during the fueling process? - If you close or end the program for any reason, once you authorize and start fueling, the transaction will be completed and charged.  So if you don't get a receipt and would like one, you can go in the store and the customer service representative can reprint a receipt for you.
