Spotlight on Farmington
Rhodes 101 Stops would like to recognize the staff at one of the Farmington area stores, number 375. Lisa Lee and her team exemplify the Rhodes 101 Stop 'Got Whatchya Need' attitude everyday. Sitting on Karsch Boulevard, the store is right in the middle of Farmington's business area. With ample fueling points and a car wash, this store is always ready to help folks fuel up and get back on the road.

On left, team member Lisa Lee. Lisa has been with the company for 5 years. She is currently the General Manager at Store 375 and has been doing a wonderful job of keeping a small store active and full of fun. Lisa enjoys camping, cooking, fishing, and just about anything outdoors. The most important person in her life is her 16 year old son. On the right, we have team member Ben and Jim. Ben has been with the company for 2 and a half years. He is into sports, video games, and racing. In his spare time he likes to go camping and spend time outdoors. Ben enjoys his overnight shifts and the customers he meets during that time. Jim has been with the company for just over a year. He really enjoys working for Rhodes 101. Jim enjoys trains and has been in Missouri for the last 5 years. He enjoys racing and being with friends. Many customers have asked if Jim is on the radio due to his enthusiastic greetings at the pump and his great introductions to the Loyalty program.

Lastly we have Genell. She has been with the company for just over 3 months. She just recently moved to Missouri. She is retired from the Army and enjoys spending time with her 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Not pictured are team members Mark and Dylan. Mark has been with the company for over 2 years. He is a very good worker who covers any shift that becomes available whether it's overnight or not. Mark is a very dependable worker who enjoys the customers at Rhodes. Dylan has been with the company for 2 years in May. Dylan enjoys making people laugh and working out. He enjoys the variety of customers that come into the store and being able to make an impression on everyone he meets. He is currently going to school working on his general studies.
Once again, congratulations on a job well done and we couldn't be prouder of the team at the Farmington Karsch Rhodes 101 Stop!
