President’s Club

Food Service Managers, Operations Managers and General Managers work on the front lines of Rhodes’ success. They are recognized and rewarded for their dedication and agility through Rhodes’ President’s Club.

The club offers privileges and opportunities to unwind, sharpen customer service skills and enjoy team building activities. These entertaining events include trips to St. Louis Cardinals games, family barbecues, quarterly meetings in Rhodes’ hometown of Cape Girardeau, Mo. and even recently a chartered bus trip to an interactive sports complex outside of St. Louis.

The President’s Club also meets for an annual meeting each January where one General Manager and one District Manager are announced and recognized for exceeding company goals throughout the year. These outstanding individuals are rewarded with a family vacation. Other employees attending the annual meeting also get to enjoy food and entertainment throughout the evening.
