How do I place an order with the NEW Rhodes app?
Adding items to your order can be quick and easy! There is a shop tab at the bottom of the app screen, select your items out of the categories or using the search bar. When your done shopping, select the cart icon at the top right of the app. You will then review your items and select proceed to checkout. The app will then prompt you to select your payment method, and you will have the opportunity to apple points. The last step is to place your order and go to the store to collect your items.
How does adding my bank work, and what benefits come with doing so?
There are numerous special benefits that users get when they pay with their linked bank account, such as fuel price rollbacks. Our app uses the financial services company Plaid, which is also used by Venmo. Similarly, once you link your bank account, Plaid links your banking information to our app in a controlled and secured way. Transactions that use the linked bank account may take up to two business days to process.
What are reward points? How do earn and spend them? How long are my points available to spend?
The simple answer is the one point equals one penny. These points are earned through transactions placed on the app including fuel and in-store items. These points can be redeemed on most products and fuel. Points never expire as long as you have your account.
How much are reward points worth when redeeming them inside the app?
One point equals one penny when redeeming them on purchases. These points are earned through transactions placed on the app including fuel and in-store items. These points can be redeemed on all in-store products and fuel except for alcohol. Points do not expire. They will be available to spend as long as the account remains open. Points per dollar spent can vary by item but at a minimum earn 5 points for every $1 spent in the app. Reward points cannot be awarded on alcohol purchases including beer, wine and liquor. Because of app store restrictions, we cannot sell or award reward points on tobacco items. Fuel and all other in-store items, including fresh food, are eligible to earn reward points.
Are any items excluded from earning reward points?
Yes, due to state law, we cannot award reward points on alcohol items including beer, wine, and liquor. Because of app store restrictions, we cannot sell or award reward points on tobacco items. All other items in the app, including fresh food can earn points.

How can I earn up to $60 in reward points within 60 days of my first app purchase?

What should I do if my app order is filled incorrectly?
We strive to fill every app order correctly, but we can still make mistakes. If we make a mistake on your order, we sincerely apologize. Please come inside the store you visited for pick up or call it if you’ve already departed. We will do our best to correct any situation as quickly as possible.
Can I purchase age-restricted products?
Alcohol is an age-restricted product and can be purchased using the app. Unfortunately, tobacco cannot be purchased with the app. When picking up an app order that includes alcohol, please be ready to present your valid photo ID. Our team members will verify that you are old enough to purchase the product. The pickup locations of age restricted products are a little different, these items won’t be placed on the pickup shelf, and cannot be delivered to the pumps. You can still pickup your products behind the counter or through the drive-thru.
Can I save money on fuel by using the app?
Yes, using the app to purchase fuel is not only convenient, but it can also save you ten cents per gallon. Fuel savings are only available when (1) purchasing fuel with the app and (2) paying for fuel directly from a bank account. Both actions must be taken during the fuel purchase to receive fuel savings. In addition to saving money per gallon, five reward points per gallon will also be issued regardless of payment method.
I forgot to pickup my purchase. How long will it remain available for me?
Things happen, and we understand that sometimes orders get forgotten. To help with this, we hold all orders for a minimum of 24 hours. After the 24 hours is up, we will mark the order as Abandoned and your account will be charged for the amount of the order.
How do I transfer my app account if I get a new phone number?
Even if you get a new phone number, you can still keep the money on your account. On the login screen at the bottom there is a link to change your phone number. After entering your old phone number and pin, you can then enter your new phone number to transfer your account.
What form of payments can I use in the app?
There is a large variety of payment options on the app. These options include debit, credit, bank account, Rhodes Credit Cards, and Rhodes Gift Cards. You can also use the points that you accumulate to pay for your purchase.
Can I have my app purchase delivered to me at a fuel pump?
Yes, app orders can be delivered to the fuel pump at participating locations. Fuel pump delivery is available from 7am to 7pm at most locations. When your app order is ready for pick up, you will be prompted by the app to announce your arrival and select your pick up method. Pick up options include fuel pump deliver, drive thru and in-store pick up.
Can I earn points on in-store purchases made without the app?
Points can also be earned on in-store purchases made without the app. When visiting a Rhodes location, simply enter the phone number associated with the app account on the keypad or scan your personal QR code, which is located inside the app. A prompt asking if points will be used on the order with YES or NO response options. Points can be earned and spent on all in-store items excluding tobacco, alcohol and age-restricted products. Points can be earned, but not spent, on prepaid fuel. In-store points are currently set at 5 points earned for every $1 spent. Prepaid fuel also earns 5 points per gallon.
Reward points will not be earned on purchase values paid for with rewards. Rewards cannot be earned or spent on age-restricted products such as, but not limited to, tobacco and alcohol.
